What this site is
This site describes our product and publishes our prices. Prices shown are current at the time of publication and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. A quote we send you in writing is the binding statement of price for your shop, not this website.
Your service contract
If you become a customer, the supply of software, hardware and support is governed by the contract we send you, not by these terms. to follow — minimum term, notice period and early-exit terms to be published here and on the pricing page.
Accuracy
We take care to keep this site accurate, particularly the prices and the comparison pages. If you find something wrong, tell us and we will correct it. Comparison information about other suppliers is taken from their published material on the date shown, and we keep the sources on file.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site belong to us. Third-party names and marks — including Booker, Premier, Londis, Budgens and Family Shopper — belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any of them.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Governing law
