Three numbers, and then the detail.

No “from”, no “contact us for pricing”, and no arithmetic left for you to do. Everything we charge is on this page.

Questions

Before you ask on the call.

Is there a minimum term?

to follow We publish this rather than leave it to the contract, because the comparison page tells you to demand it of every supplier.

What notice do I have to give?

to follow

Is there anything to pay to leave?

to follow

Do you charge for support calls?

No. Support, updates, maintenance and on-site visits when they are needed are all inside the monthly licence. There is no per-incident charge and no support tier to buy.

Why is the symbol rate higher than standard retail?

Because it does more. At £69 a month the licence includes processing your Booker price file every night: prices, promotions, new lines complete with barcode, pack size, cost and RRP, and gross margin recalculated when costs move. That is the evening job it takes off you, and it is the reason the rate is £10 above standard.

Who actually processes the cards?

We do not publish our acquirer, and we would be wary of a supplier who quotes you a rate without showing you the contract. What matters to you is on this page: one flat rate on every card, no PCI charge, no authorisation fee, no monthly minimum, and the full terms in writing before you sign anything.

What does the 1% actually cover?

UK debit and credit cards in person. No PCI compliance charge, no authorisation fee, no monthly minimum and no separate gateway charge. Amex and commercial cards are quoted separately because they cost us more; you will see those rates in writing before you sign.

Do I have to take card processing through you?

No. The hardware is £399 with our processing and £899 without, and the software price does not change either way.

When do I get the money?

Next working day for standard card payments. The exact settlement terms for your account are set out in your quote alongside the rate.

Is the card terminal included?

The terminal is rented at £19.50 a month (£4.50 a week). That charge is for the card machine only — never for the till.

Are these prices really all of it?

Yes. Hardware once, licence monthly, 1% on card, and the terminal rental if you take one. If we ever quote you something not on this page, ask us why.
