Every shop on the same footing.

Running several shops means comparing them fairly, moving stock where it sells, and not chasing paperwork on a Monday.

EPOS system for a multi-branch group

Central pricing pushed to every shop, transfers between branches, and reporting that compares like with like across the estate.

What we hear

The jobs that eat the week.

Different shops, different numbers

If the shops do not record things the same way, comparing them is guesswork.

Stock in the wrong shop

Overstock in one branch and gaps in another, with no clean way to move it.

Chasing the cash-up

Waiting on Z-reads from every site before you can see the week.

How it helps

What changes on day one.

Central pricing

Set it once for the group, override where a shop genuinely needs it.

Transfers

Move stock between branches with a receipt and a record at both ends.

Shop against shop

The same measures everywhere, with group totals on one screen.

Consolidated cash-up

Every session and Z-read in one place, the same evening.

Rights per site

Who can do what, per shop, with every override attributed.

One product file

Add a line once and it reaches every till in the group.

Questions

Worth asking.

Can shops have different prices?

Yes. Central pricing with local overrides where you want them.

Do I need a server in each shop?

No. Each till runs locally and syncs to the cloud, so a shop keeps trading even if its line drops.

How does pricing work for a group?

The same £59 per till per month, whether that is two tills or twenty.
